Events calendar for temporary exhibitions
Faithful to the passion for art that characterised its founders, the Jacquemart-André Museum offers a number of large-scale temporary exhibitions each year to the public. Each of these events allows the museum to keep the spirit of discovery and exploration of new aesthetic emotions truly alive and this particular desire lies at the heart of each and every collection.
In true collector’s spirit, the André couple’s wonderment at some of the jewels in the crown of Western art was coupled with a profound enjoyment of travelling and discovering other cultures. It is for this reason that the Jacquemart-André Museum continues to cultivate this eclectic style whilst reflecting the period in which the exhibitions are set, the masterpieces of European painting and the treasures of a civilisation waiting to be discovered.
