Frequently asked questions

How do I exchange my ticket?

To change the date or time, you can do so directly via your customer account, at the bottom of the homepage of our website: https://www.musee-jacquemart-andre.com/fr , and enter your login details.

The ticket exchange costs 2 euros.

You must go to "Order," select the ticket you wish to exchange, click on it, and a window will open. Then click on "Exchange," reselect the ticket, confirm, and choose a new date (or the same date as originally) and a new time. Reselect the fares. You will need to pay a two-euro exchange fee.

You can change your dates up to 1 day before your visit. After that, it is no longer possible to change your ticket reservation date.

How do I book a ticket?

To book tickets, you must visit our online ticket office via our official website: https://www.musee-jacquemart-andre.com/fr/tickets

Once you've selected your date, you choose your time slot, then your price. You also have the option to choose an audio guide and make a donation. Finally, before proceeding to payment, you must log in or create a new account. Your shopping cart will then appear with the "proceed to payment" option.

Is it mandatory to book a ticket online?

Booking a ticket online is not mandatory. It is possible to buy your ticket directly at the museum ticket office, subject to a possible wait depending on the number of visitors.

What is the fare for holders of a disability card or a mobility inclusion card?

Upon presentation of a card justifying a disability, you and your companion are entitled to free admission.

You benefit from skip-the-line access for the permanent collections and the temporary exhibition, even if the online ticket office is full.
