Frequently asked questions

How do I exchange my ticket?

To change the date or time, you can do so directly via your customer account, at the bottom of the homepage of our website: https://www.musee-jacquemart-andre.com/fr , and enter your login details.

The ticket exchange costs 2 euros.

You must go to "Order," select the ticket you wish to exchange, click on it, and a window will open. Then click on "Exchange," reselect the ticket, confirm, and choose a new date (or the same date as originally) and a new time. Reselect the fares. You will need to pay a two-euro exchange fee.

You can change your dates up to 1 day before your visit. After that, it is no longer possible to change your ticket reservation date.

Is it mandatory to book a ticket online?

For the Georges de La Tour exhibition, we recommend booking online to avoid the queue at the ticket office.

If the online ticket office is full, it is still possible to buy your ticket on site, although expect a wait of varying lengths. From the moment the venue opens, the wait can start at 30 minutes. The wait increases throughout the day (ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours).

Due to its popularity, there are never any less busy days. We offer extended hours on Friday evenings until 10 pm, and on some other evenings or weekends, we stay open until 7 or 8 pm.

At the entrance to the museum, the lines are clearly separated between visitors with and without tickets.

Does the museum have a cloakroom?

You can leave your (medium-sized) belongings in lockers (45 x 28 x 28 cm) with a code system in the changing room.

Suitcases are not allowed inside the museum and we will not be able to store them.

Cabin suitcases do not fit in our lockers.

In very exceptional circumstances, if you have no other choice but to bring your suitcase, the staff at the entrance may keep it at the reception desk.

What is the fare for holders of a disability card or a mobility inclusion card?

Upon presentation of a disability card, you and your companion will receive free admission. You can reserve free tickets through our online ticket office: https://www.musee-jacquemart-andre.com/fr/tickets

The following disability cards are accepted at the museum:

- Disability card (orange color)

- Priority card for disabled persons (blue-purple color)
