How do I book a ticket?

To book tickets you must go to our online ticket office, via our official website: https://www.musee-jacquemart-andre.com/fr/tickets

Once you have selected your date, you will choose your time slot, then your price. You will also have the option to choose an audio guide, then to make a donation. Finally, before proceeding to payment, you will need to log in or create a new account. Your shopping cart will then appear with the option "proceed to payment."

How do I get a refund for my ticket?
